We are seeking an experienced RICS Chartered Surveyor for a 6-month contract to lead the operational management and small property team of a high-value investment property portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the property management of the investment property portfolio Provide leadership and support to a property management team and external consultants Develop and maintain an asset management plan for each site/property in the portfolio Financial forecasting and budgets Key Requirements: Strong commercial awareness Expertise in Landlord & Tenant Law, Rating Law, and service charge administration Knowledge of health 'safety compliance and residential property management Skilled in using property data and systems to identify opportunities Hybrid working available.
