Job Description We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Lincoln area for experiencedPlumbers. These arefull-time temporary roleswithin a secure working environment. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be willing to undergoenhanced security vettingprior to any employment offer.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry outreactive and planned maintenance plumbing duties.Ensure all plumbing systems are maintained, repaired, and compliant with regulations.Work both independently and as part of a wider facilities/maintenance team.Deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient plumbing services in line with operational needs.Provide1 in every 3 weekend coveras part of the rota.Working HoursMonday to Thursday:08:00 17:00Friday:08:00 16:00Weekend cover:1 in every 3 weekendsQualifications & ExperienceQualified plumberwith a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 plumbing qualification.Minimum of2 years proven plumbing experience.Experience in bothreactive maintenanceandplanned preventative maintenance (PPM)is desirable.Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.Additional InformationThis role is based in asecure environment.
