They have a vacancy for a qualified electrician to cover the Lincoln area carrying out EICRs and the wiring of central heating within domestic social housing properties. The Role: Carrying out EICR following electrical installation assessment within properties Periodic testing and wiring installation of new heating systems in domestic and commercial properties Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records. Requirements: 2 years experience as a qualified electrician Experience in wiring central heating systems. 18th edition Qualification 2391 Test & Inspection or Equivalent Part P is desirable Full UK Driving Licence No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment) The Package: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Overtime paid at an hourly rate. Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
