Define the technical architecture, system integrations, and data models for Salesforce applications. Ensure best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.Salesforce Implementation & CustomizationLead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud as needed. Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Lightning Components (LWC), and third-party tools. Define governance for object structures, permissions, workflows, and automation.Technical Leadership & Stakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted advisor for business and IT teams, translating business needs into technical solutions. Guide developers, admins, and business analysts in best practices and architectural decisions. Work with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce scalability, security, and user adoption.Governance, Compliance & Best PracticesEstablish CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation for Salesforce deployments. Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, and industry regulations.
