Job Description Monday to Friday | Days | Clean Manufacturing EnvironmentAre you a Production Manager with strong LEAN manufacturing skills and a passion for operational excellence?This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UKs leading full-service nutraceutical manufacturers, producing vitamins, minerals and sports supplements for major brands.Operating in a highly regulated, clean and technically advanced environment, this business is investing heavily in people, systems and state-of-the-art equipment to support rapid growth.They now require an additional Production Manager with proven LEAN capability someone who can remove waste, improve flow, increase efficiency and embed world-class manufacturing standards across a modern, high-value production operation.Joining a growing leadership team, you will lead from the front, driving performance, quality and continuous improvement.The RoleYou will take ownership of manufacturing performance, working closely with Planning, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to deliver:On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) production performanceGMP-compliant operationsHigh-performing production teamsEfficient use of labour, materials and advanced machinerySafe, audit-ready manufacturing environmentsContinuous improvement through LEAN, 5S and data-driven methodsSuccessful scale-up of new products and commissioning of new equipmentYoull be a visible leader on the shop floor, coaching Team Leaders and Operatives and setting clear standards in a clean, precision-led manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver daily and weekly production schedulesMaintain GMP, HACCP, BRC and ISO complianceLead and develop Team Leaders and OperativesDrive LEAN manufacturing and waste eliminationEmbed 5S and continuous improvement cultureReduce downtime, scrap and inefficiencySupport new line and equipment commissioningWork cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and R&DTrack KPIs and report performance to senior leadershipAbout YouProduction Manager experience in food, pharmaceutical, supplement or clean manufacturingStrong GMP and regulated-environment backgroundProven LEAN manufacturing capability (waste removal, efficiency improvement)Working knowledge of 5S, CI tools and operational excellence frameworksERP experience SAP or similarExperience commissioning new equipment or production linesConfident leader in fast-paced manufacturing environmentsDesirable:HACCP / FSMSSix Sigma / LEAN accreditationInternal audit or project delivery experienceWhat Youll ReceiveSalary up to42,000Bonus potentialPension & benefitsClear progressionFree parking & refreshmentsHealth & wellbeing benefitsSocial eventsJoin a market-leading nutraceutical manufacturer and play a key role in building a truly LEAN, high-performance production operation.JBRP1_UKTJ
