From conferences, to incentives, gala dinners and awards ceremonies, they work with each client from initial concept to execution to deliver high-quality events every time!The role The Project Director will lead the production planning and delivery of a range of live, virtual, and hybrid events such as conferences, awards shows, and gala dinners. From creative concept to reconciliation, this is a 360 role where you will guide the client and lead internal teams and external suppliers, including content, video production, and technical/AV elements. This is a client-facing role where you are the lynchpin of the project.About you We are looking for a candidate with broad experience in live, hybrid, and virtual events, with an understanding of production and content, although this is not a technical role. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be capable of briefing in event logistics, AV, video, content, graphics, and entertainment. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential, and experience with agency project management software, ideally Procim, is preferred.You can register your details if interested in other positions.
