Job Description Job Title: Immigration PartnerContract: 6-month rolling contract (strong potential to convert to permanent)Start Date: ASAPLocation: Lincoln - Teal Park RoadPay Rate:17.50 per hour PAYE22 per hour UmbrellaWorking Pattern:Initial 5 days on-site trainingSome home working thereafter (predominantly office-based)Compliance:Basic DBS requiredInterview Process:Teams interviewAbout the RoleWe are currently supporting a well-established organisation seeking an Immigration Partner to join their operations team based in Lincoln. This role is critical to ensuring timely, compliant visa processing to support the mobilisation of Field Engineers across global projects.Immigration experience is essential for this role.You will play a key part in enabling planned and unplanned international work by ensuring the correct visas are in place, compliant, and aligned to business demand.What You'll Be Working OnYou'll be part of a small, experienced team (currently 4 team members, with 1 upcoming retirement), working closely with:Resource PlannersProject ManagersRegional teamsInternational embassies and external stakeholdersYour work will directly impact the organisation's ability to deliver projects on time globally.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end visa processes for Field EngineersEnsure all immigration and visa requirements are fully compliantCoordinate visa applications to support timely mobilisation to projectsMaintain an adequate number of valid visas in line with KPIsWork closely with Resource Planners to align visas with forecast and live workloadsSupport both planned and urgent mobilisationsMaintain accurate records using internal systems (including SAP-based tools)Required Skills & ExperienceEssentialProven immigration/visa processing experienceStrong attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindsetExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple visa cases and deadlines simultaneouslyDesirableExperience using SAP or similar in-house systemsExposure to global mobility or engineering/project-based environmentsWhy Apply?Opportunity to move into a permanent roleHands-on, business-critical positionClose collaboration with multiple teams and international stakeholdersStable workload with clear processes and KPIsWe use generative AI tools to support our candidate screening process.
