You’ll be handling a broad caseload of both transactional and non-contentious corporate matters, such as: Mergers, acquisitions, and management buyoutsCompany formations and restructuresShareholders’ agreements, director and investor rightsFranchise arrangements and distribution agreementsCorporate governance and complianceIntellectual property mattersCorporate financeData protectionAdditional experiencein construction, charity, or consumer law (including consumer credit) would be advantageous but not essential. You'll be encouraged to contribute to departmental growth through marketing initiatives, thought leadership, and networking, with full support from a collaborative and experienced team. Key Responsibilities:Provide a high standard of legal service to a diverse corporate client baseManage a varied caseload with minimal supervisionSupport business development and build lasting client relationshipsMaximise fee-earning potential in line with agreed targetsEnsure accurate time recording and billingMaintain compliance with AML and risk management proceduresKeep up to date with developments in corporate law and practiceCandidate Profile:Essential: Qualified Solicitor with solid corporate experienceCompetent in all core aspects of corporate lawAble to work independently and manage your own caseloadExcellent communication, organisational and drafting skillsCommercially aware with a client-focused mindsetConfident using case management systemsDesirable: Experience in niche areas (construction, charity, consumer law)Public speaking and seminar delivery skillsExisting client followingMarketing and business development experienceRole Details:Hours:Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:15 (36.25 hours/week)Location:Flexible across multiple regional officesSalary:Competitive and dependent on experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
