Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Were recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to join a multiple award-winning manufacturing business based in Lincoln! This is a hands-on role, leading a small maintenance team while staying actively involved on the tools. Youll ensure the site runs smoothly, support and motivate your team, and respond quickly in a fast-paced, bespoke manufacturing environment. Youll be supported by an experienced leadership team and work on a wide range of specialist manufacturing equipment valued at over 1 million. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position! What youll be doing Lead and support a small maintenance team Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of manufacturing and facility equipment, including CNC and automated machinery Fault finding using mechanical, electrical and pneumatic knowledge Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime Maintaining accurate maintenance records Liaising with external engineers when required Hours Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm (flexible) Pay 45,000 - 50,000 per annum (depending on experience) Skills/Experience Required Proven experience supervising or leading a maintenance team Strong mechanical maintenance background in manufacturing or production Multi-skilled across mechanical, electrical and pneumatic disciplines Experience with PPM schedules and fault finding Ability to lead by example and motivate a team Engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical essential) Benefits Competitive salary Company pension scheme Free on-site parking 30 days holiday including bank holidays Two-week Christmas shutdown Health & wellbeing programme Employee assistance programme Recognition schemes and incentives Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
