They are now looking for an estimator to join their building maintenance services (BMS) team. You will be working alongside the BMS team engineers and sales management to analyse the cost and timelines for projects. This will primarily cover new builds and other similar projects, at the cost of 5 million - 6 million. The ideal candidate will be producing accurate and professional design and build tenders for a range of projects. This role would suit any experienced estimator in the construction industry looking to progress their career and develop their skillset, within one of the UK's leading construction companies for employee satisfaction that also offer an excellent benefits package.
