Through inspirational leadership, commercial innovation and operational excellence, you will enhance brand reputation, elevate guest satisfaction and drive sustainable financial returns. Tattershall Lakes is one of the most commercially significant assets in our portfolio. It is home to the largest Holiday Home Sales function within the organisation, supporting a thriving community of around 900 owners and driving the performance and development of 190 pitches.As Resort Director, you willDefine and deliver a commercial plan that accelerates growth and strengthens asset value, achieving EBITDA and profit goals.Lead and develop senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams to high performanceExpand revenue across accommodation, F&B, events, activities and owner experienceWork closely with Sales leadership to optimise performance, product mix and owner journeySafeguard standards, compliance and guest safety across all operationsLead continuous improvement, transformational change and capital development plansWhat You BringA proven track record of leading at executive level within complex, high-growth hospitality, leisure, tourism or multi-site operational sectors.Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering profitable growth and executing substantial EBITDA targets.Inspirational leadership, coaching and team development capabilityConfidence leading large-scale operations and transformational changeOutstanding communication, influence and guest-first thinkingWhat we OfferCompetitive Bonus SchemePrivate medical care & life insuranceHoliday and on-resort discountsAwards and recognition cultureFlexible BenefitsEmployee Assistance ProgrammeWant to join our team?
