Commercial Stock Condition Surveyor

Job Description Our client is currently recruiting for a Commercial Stock Condition Surveyors on a 2 month temporary contract based in Lincolnshire. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The rates for this position range from 24 (UMB/LTD) per survey up to 208 (UMB/LTD) per survey. The ideal candidate will have to be either MRICS or MCIOB & background in repairs and maintenance or building surveying with further stock condition surveying experience. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Conducting stock condition surveys on a variety of commercial buildings ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devicesLiaising and engaging with the businesses & council in regards to the work being carried outWorking in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and proceduresExperience required:MCIOB or MRICS Stock Condition Surveying experience Skills, knowledge and expertise required:Must hold a full UK driving license Rewards and Benefits:Flexible workingManage your own diaryWorking hours:Monday FridayPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
