Job Description Building EngineerTaskmaster Resources Ltd are currently seeking to recruit an on-site Building Engineer at HM Prison Lincoln Lincoln, LincolnshireDuties:Ensuring availability of critical parts for statutory tasks and managing remedial tasks in the CAFM system.Performing general and semi-skilled maintenance activities, including security systems like CCTV and alarms.Conducting monthly checks and tests of fire extinguisher equipment, fire hydrants, and hoses.Completing quarterly RCD testing and inspect Misting Units.Maintaining fire doors and performing flushing and tap temperature tests as per water risk assessments.Undertaking monthly and annual emergency lighting checks.Checking and testing smoke vents as required.Carrying out any other duties as requiredSkills and Experience:Experienced in multiple areas of maintenance such as: Fire; Door Maintenance, Extinguisher Maintenance and Alarm Core PointsEmergency LightingRCDWater Temperature TestingIT skillsPrison Security Clearance will be required.Pay rate: 20.00 to 25.00 per hourWorking hours: 39 hours per week (across 7 days where a weekend shift pattern is in place), between 08:00 - 17:00.
