Traffic Management Operatives

Want work before Christmas? Vocation Recruitment Ltd are looking for Traffic Management Operatives in the Lincolnshire area for ongoing works that will require people for days & nights. Alternatively, If you do not currently have your traffic management tickets and would like to get them and start work immediately, we are running an induction & TTMBC course in November at the address below. Induction & Training Location: 3rd Floor, Queensgate House, 12 Silver St, LN2 1DY Induction Time & Date: Monday 3rd November 2025 at 1.00 pm Presentation, Drug & Alcohol Test (D&A) / Depot Manager chat / Q&A TTMBC Course / Ticket: Tuesday 4th November 2025 - 11.00 am - 3.30 pm TTMBC Ticket / Qualification & PPE handout Key Responsibilities; Installing, maintaining & removing traffic management equipment to various locations Controlling traffic lights & managing pedestrians Work with your co workers & contractors in an effective and efficient manner Deal with & report any incidents to your lead operative / site supervisor Completing relevant documentation i.e. vehicle defect sheets, installation checklists etc All losses & damage to equipment is recorded and communicated to the relevant department Eligibility: Must hold a valid traffic management ticket, OR, want to gain your tickets & qualifications Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol test (SWAB) Have a full UK Driving Licence / Bike Licence & Own Transport Have full 6-Point PPE (if not, we can supply this) Be ready & available for work immediately upon completion of your D&A test Able to work effectively as part of a team & independently Able to communicate effectively with your lead op, co workers and contractors If you're interested in hearing more apply now or call 01384 255 059 or 07729 462 959 & ask for Lewis.
