Our client is a well-established contractor with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality residential and commercial schemes across Lincolnshire and surrounding regions. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a driven Estimator to join their team. Role Overview: As the Estimator, youll be a key part of the pre-construction team, responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects ranging in value. You'll play a vital role in winning work and helping ensure profitability across schemes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for new projects (housing and general construction) Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes and ensure accuracy Assist in value engineering and cost planning Work closely with the commercial and operational teams throughout the tender process Present tenders and cost plans to senior management What We're Looking For: Proven experience as an Estimator in a main contracting environment Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills Good communication and negotiation skills Why Join?
