They are seeking a confident and experienced Principal Designer & CDM Advisor to join their Lincoln team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on varied and high-profile projects and contribute to a forward-thinking business.Principal Designer & CDM Advisor Location:Lincoln (Hybrid)Type:PermanentSalary:£50,000 to £55,000 per annum + benefitsResponsibilities:Deliver CDM consultancy services in line with CDM 2015 regulations across various construction projects.Conduct site inspections and advise clients on health & safety compliance throughout all RIBA stages.Review designs and compile health & safety files for regulatory compliance.Support internal teams with audits, risk assessments, and method statements.Manage own projects and contribute to financial oversight and reporting.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.Requirements:Significant experience in PD/CDM roles within the construction industry.A NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate (minimum), ideally working towards Chartered status.Strong organizational and client-facing communication skills.Professional and confident demeanor, able to work independently.Proven ability to meet fee targets and deliver high-quality consultancy services.Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.Vacancy Reference:PR/028458Contact:Ethan Baddeley | ethan.baddeley@ | 07891 987070#J-18808-Ljbffr
