Parts & Retail Manager

Were looking for a motivated and experienced Parts & Retail Manager to lead our busy Parts Departments across both our Sutterton and North Kyme branches in Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, knowledgeable team and play a key role in supporting internal departments and key customer accounts.A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.About the RoleReporting to the Branch & Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for the efficient operation of both Parts Departments, including the showroom and goods-inward areas. You'll lead and develop the existing parts team while ensuring smooth communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.What You'll Be DoingOversee daily operations of the Parts & Retail departmentsManage and support parts team members at both locationsDrive departmental profitability and performance against targetsDeliver excellent customer service to both trade and retail clientsSupport the Sales and Service departments with timely parts availabilityMaintain stock control, showroom presentation, and process efficiencyFoster strong relationships with key customers and suppliersUse IT systems for ordering, reporting, and inventory managementWhat Were Looking ForExperience in a similar Parts or Retail Management roleStrong knowledge of agricultural and groundcare machinery (advantageous)Excellent communication and leadership skillsHigh attention to detail and organisational abilityAbility to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlinesA proactive, self-motivated approach with strong IT skillsAble to work independently and as part of a wider teamAdditional Info:Start Date: ASAP (subject to notice period)Location: North Kyme, LN4 4DF and Sutterton, PE20 2ETHours:8am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (1hr unpaid lunch).
