This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional with a genuine passion for agricultural law to grow their career in a specialist team with great prospects for development.Key Responsibilities:Handle a broad mix of agricultural work including:Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act TenanciesAcquisition and sale of farms and rural propertyEasements, transfers, and renewables-related property workAuction packs, SDLT, Land Registry and Companies House submissionsAct as a point of contact for clients and agentsPromote the teams expertise through marketing and business development activityMaintain accurate time records, ensure billing compliance, and manage financial performance of filesMaximise cross-referrals with other teams and service linesWhat Were Looking For Essential:A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive OR demonstrable experience in agricultural, residential, or commercial propertyStrong interest in or passion for agricultural lawExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workloadSound knowledge of AML regulations and the Solicitors Accounts RulesConfident using MS Office and case management systemsDesirable:Experience with Visual Files or SOS ConnectBusiness development and marketing experienceStrong presentation and public speaking skillsDetails: Hours: 09:00 17:15, Monday to Friday (36.25 hours/week)Location: Flexible across any of our 8 office locations in Lincolnshire and the MidlandsSalary: Competitive, depending on experienceTravel: A full UK driving licence and access to a car is requiredTPBN1_UKTJ
