Theyre looking for a Skills & Education Co-ordinator to build strong links with schools, colleges, and universities, while supporting the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship and early-career programmes.This role acts as a key point of contact between the business, education providers, and learners -ensuring apprenticeships are delivered to a high standard and future talent pipelines are strengthened across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main contact for internal business areas supporting apprenticeship and early-career programmesProvide advice and guidance on apprenticeship delivery to ensure high-quality learning outcomesSupport the identification, onboarding, and monitoring of training providersManage awarding body registrations and learner certificationsBuild and coordinate relationships with local schools, colleges, and universities to promote early-career opportunitiesSupport outreach initiatives to attract entry-level talent into the businessPromote safeguarding, wellbeing, and best-practice policiesWhat Were Looking ForExperience delivering or supporting graduate programmesKnowledge of government-funded trainingStrong communication and presentation skillsConfident using IT systems xjdpvnf , including e-portfolio platformsAble to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionDesirableExperience working with schools, colleges, or universities on early-career initiativesAdditional RequirementsFlexibility to work across locations as neededFull UK driving licence If youre passionate about developing future talent within the renewables sector, wed love to hear from you.
