This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive workplace with great opportunities for development.Job PurposeTo efficiently operate, maintain, and manage heavy-duty mixing machinery while ensuring seamless workflow in a high-pressure production environment. The role demands exceptional physical capability, technical problem-solving skills, and teamwork to meet stringent production targets.Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation & Maintenance:Safely assemble, dismantle, operate, and troubleshoot industrial mixing machinery.Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly.Adhere to strict operational protocols and safety guidelines.Material Handling:Decant 15kg baskets of raw materials throughout the shift.Manually push tubs weighing 180-200 kgEnsure accurate material measurement and mixing ratios.Workflow Management:Maintain consistent output in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production quotas.Monitor mixing processes, adjusting parameters as needed to ensure product quality.Document batch records and maintain cleanliness in the mixing area.Team Collaboration:Work closely with experienced production staff to resolve operational challenges. Physical DemandsHeavy lifting (lifting up to 25kg baskets) and pushing loads of 180-200 kg.Standing for 90% of the shift with frequent bending, twisting, and reaching.Operating in environments with moderate noise and cold.
