Job Title: Production and Waste Control Coordinator Contract: 6-Month Temporary Role Hours: 4 days per week, 6 hours per day (09:00-15:00, flexible where needed) Location: Ambrosia, Lifton Salary: 16,715.52 We're looking for a YieldImprovementCoordinator to support the Ambrosia team in improving production performance and efficiency. This 6-month temporary role will focus on reducing waste, improvingyield, and supporting continuousimprovementprojects across the site. Key Responsibilities Review and verify mass balance data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Lead and facilitate wastage meetings with production teams, highlighting key issues and driving actions to improveyield. Work directly on the production line with the operations team to optimise running conditions and enhance performance andyield. Collect, track, and analyse data to identify trends, losses, and opportunities forimprovement. Collaborate with production and technical teams to develop and implement corrective actions . Apply ContinuousImprovementtools and techniques (such as root cause analysis, PDCA, and 5 Whys) to deliver sustainableimprovements. Provide regular updates and reports on progress and key findings. Help build a culture of accountability and continuousimprovementacross production areas. About You Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident working with data to identify and communicate opportunities. Hands-on and proactive, comfortable working alongside operations teams. Good communicator who can engage and motivate others. Familiarity with ContinuousImprovementtools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
