Youll work closely with operations to evolve process maturity, improve efficiency and reduce scrap, with the opportunity to shape how the function develops.This is a hands-on role with real visibility across production. Youll be embedded on the shop floor, identifying opportunities, solving problems and implementing improvements that directly impact output, quality and cost.What youll be doing:Driving process improvement across manufacturing, focused on efficiency, quality and waste reductionWorking closely with operations to improve process maturity and standardisationLeading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actionsReducing scrap and rework through better process control and engineering solutionsSupporting production with tooling, fixturing and process optimisationIntroducing and embedding best practice manufacturing engineering methodsCollaborating with design and NPI teams to ensure products are optimised for manufactureBuilding structure where needed, establishing processes, documentation and standardsWhat were looking forProven experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer role within a production environmentStrong track record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, yield or costExperience working closely with operations and production teamsHands-on approach with a willingness to be present on the shop floorComfortable operating in an environment where you are building or improving structureExperience within a mechatronics, electro-mechanical or complex manufacturing environment would be beneficialWe are supporting several clients across the region with similar requirements.
