Internal Sales Engineer

Our client is a well-established global manufacturer and distributor of plumbing parts for the UK market. They are currently seeking ir clean modern premises are based in Lichfield and are very close to train and bus connections plus there is plenty of free car parking available. As Internal Sales Engineer you will be an integral part of the sales team, day to day responsibilities will include Responsible as part of the sales team for email, website and telephone enquiries resolving sales and technical queries. Providing sales admin support creating quotes, inputting, and updating orders, advising on product range suitability, specifications, delivery, and availability Proactively contact lapsed accounts and general enquiries before sending them over to the external sales team The ideal candidate will have previous experience within technical internal sales or worked on a trade counter within engineering or construction products or be a raw graduate engineer looking for their first move into a customer facing environment who then wants to follow a defined progression route. There will be plenty of product training in the role. Hours: 08:30 to 17:00 weekdays no weekends or shifts!! Salary level - 30,000 depending on experience plus extensive benefits.
