Talent Acquisition Partner

Due to company growth, the Lanes Group are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team.The team are responsible for Recruitment of all staff across the business. An ideal applicant will have past Internal Recruitment or external agency experience with a good understanding of the entire Recruitment cycle.Location: Preston – Hybrid – travel to various sites as requiredHours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week – flexibility requiredSalary: £30-£35kResponsibilities – but not limited to:Sourcing of candidates through various portalsInterviewing Candidates/prescreening/attending selection panelsLiaising with line managers nationwide throughout the business to understand varying recruitment need.Liaising with both internal and external staff and professional organisations (veterans societies, government schemes universities and colleges etc)Diary Management, Administration and carrying out employment checksAssisting in training/ Development of managers on the Talent process.Assisting the Head of Talent on improving campaigns, procedures and policiesAttending job fairs, schools and collegesInvolvement and management of apprenticeship programmes and assisting the HR team and Learning and Development with associated administrationData reporting for MI - Excel skills essentialAssisting marketing with advertising vacancies/social media and intranetAssistance with ad-hoc projects/duties may be required to support the businessExperience and qualifications required for the role:Previous Recruitment/Resourcing experience is essentialFlexibility with working hours.Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and presentationThe ability to work well on your own as well as part of a teamConfidentiality & discretion and displays high levels of diplomacyAdaptability – can adapt style to suit audience and can cope with changeAbility to work at pace and on a number of demanding projects at one timeCar Driver PreferredWhat we offer:24 Days holiday plus Bank HolidaysPensionDeath in serviceFree on site parkingHybrid WorkingCycle to Work Scheme after qualifying periodThe Lanes Group plc comprises of a range of established service providers subsidiaries, which complement the specialist service of Lanes, by both work type and geography.
