As we continue to grow, were looking for skilled professionals who are ready to contribute to our ambitious growth, managing costs, contracts, and commercial aspects of projects while working closely with a skilled and dedicated team.About the RoleReporting directly to theHead of Commercial, youll take ownership of the financial and contractual management of multipleinfrastructure and highways projects, ensuring profitability and compliance throughout. Youll also play an active role intendering and estimating, contributing to the preparation and submission of competitive bids for new work helping Multipave NW Ltd secure future projects and maintain a healthy pipeline.As an equal opportunities employer, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and arecommitted to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from tender stage through to final account.Support tendering and estimating processes, preparing accurate take-offs, cost plans, and tender submissions.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure value for money.Prepare and agree interim valuations, variations / compensation events, and final accounts.Monitor project costs, forecast expenditure, and report on commercial performance through management of monthly CVRs.Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and manage change and risk appropriately.Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement.About YouProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the infrastructure or highways sector, ideally with exposure to civil engineering and/or tarmac surfacing.Strong understanding of tendering, estimating, and cost management within a contracting environment.Proficient in MS office suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Advantageous, but not essential,to have experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central. Experience using Valesco estimating software is desirable but not essential.Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.Whats on OfferCompetitive salary: We believe in recognising and rewarding talent.
