We're hiring – Operations Executive (eCommerce focus)Based full-time in Leyland, LancashireRTG Automotive is one of the UK’s biggest independent car parts retailers on eBay. We’ve built a lean, strong business over the last 14 years — and now I’m looking for someone to join me and help take it to the next level.This isn’t a role for someone who just wants to manage from a distance. It's hands-on, operational, and data-heavy, working closely across all areas of the business.We’ve got big plans to grow our presence. I’m looking for someone who’s organised, dynamic, and ideally comes from an eCommerce or digital operations background.If you love problem-solving, know your way around Excel, and want to help shape the future of a growing business, this could ideal be for you.Salary: £31,000–£37,000 (with clear progression)Excel-heavy, eCommerce operations roleWorking directly with me (MD), office-basedRole includes data/process management, operational support, reporting, and business improvement.We’re not in a rush, this has to be the right person long-term.
