Job Overview Christ the King (CTK) is a highly successful and popular Catholic Sixth Form located on three sites in South East London. We specialize in meeting the needs of Sixth Form students and have an established track record of excellent examination success. We have strong financial health and, in 2023, we were graded as a ‘Good with Outstanding features’ by Ofsted. Position: Director of People As Director of People, you will shape a progressive People Strategy grounded in Catholic values, fostering a supportive and empowering workplace. Your responsibilities include leading recruitment, talent development, CPD, and wellbeing initiatives, while embedding staff engagement and advising senior leaders on best HR practices. You will champion coaching, mentoring, and leadership development, and drive equity, diversity, and inclusion across CTK. We seek an emotionally intelligent, values-driven leader with senior HR experience, ideally in education. Strategic insight, team leadership, and strong communication skills are essential.
