Nursery Manager – Brand New Nursery Opening | Up to £50,000 Our client is excited to be opening a brand-new, purpose-built nursery and is seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead this setting from day one.This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture, team, and vision of a fresh, inspiring early years environment right from the very beginning. If you're an experienced Nursery Manager with a proven track record of achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings – and you’re looking for your next big challenge – this could be the perfect role for you. As the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and leading all aspects of the nursery’s operations, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and early education from the start. With support from the wider organisation, the Manager will play a central role in recruiting a passionate team, building strong partnerships with families, and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging space for children to thrive. What We're Looking ForLevel 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) – essentialExtensive experience managing nurseries, with a strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratingsA confident, calm, and motivating leadership styleDeep knowledge of safeguarding, health 'safety, and early childhood developmentExcellent organisational and communication skillsA forward-thinking, proactive attitude with the ability to lead through change and growth Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full opening and launch of the nursery, ensuring readiness for registration and inspectionLead the recruitment, induction, and development of a strong and cohesive staff teamEstablish a culture of excellence in care, learning, and safeguarding from the outsetMaintain and exceed regulatory requirements, including preparing for Ofsted inspectionsDevelop effective partnerships with parents, carers, and the local communityManage occupancy, budgets, and administrative processes efficientlyFoster a child-led, inclusive, and stimulating environment that reflects the EYFS frameworkReference: WILL140125/MWINDCHI
