We also offer a range of exciting benefits,Company Sick Pay (after 6 months' service)Workplace PensionExtra day of annual leave for your birthday and service milestonesEmployee Assistance ProgramAccess to our benefits platform for lifestyle discounts and wellbeing supportTraining support and access to a 'tailored to you' training hubWhat We're Looking For:Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasksExcellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially excelPrevious experience in a buying team (e.g., BAA or similar).A keen eye for product and commercial awareness of trends and competitors.Passion for retail and product development, with a drive to grow in a buying careerKey Responsibilities:Supporting the Buyer with day-to-day buying processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.Acting as the go-to person for the Buying Admin Assistants (BAAs), offering guidance and escalating any key issues.Managing the sampling process, ensuring best practices are followed and samples are available for key teams.Working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and retail partners to ensure product development and orders meet critical deadlines.Helping to build seasonal ranges, supporting trade meetings, and conducting competitor research to drive commercial success.Contributing to product development, trend research, and packaging compliance to ensure we’re ahead of the game.Getting involved in exciting buying projects that will develop your skills in negotiation, range building, and product development.How to Apply:If you're ready to join a dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey, shaping the future of retail.
