If so, wed love to hear from you!What youll be doingAs a Human Resources Reporting and Insight Specialist (known In-house as our People Performance Analyst), youll play a key role in transforming workforce data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across Southdown. Youll lead on producing monthly and ad hoc reports, support regulatory submissions, and help bring our data to life for board reporting and service contract requirements.Youll also be instrumental in developing and maintaining our HR systems and reporting tools, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance. Working closely with internal stakeholders, youll help shape how we use data to improve people performance and experience.
