Facilities Maintenance Specialist

As a maintenance professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of residential care facilities.Job RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks to keep the facilities in excellent condition. This includes handling repairs, performing electrical checks, installing and upgrading equipment, and maintaining outdoor areas.Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facilities remain safe and functional.Carry out repairs and installations as needed to maintain the integrity of the buildings.Conduct regular safety checks to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.Work closely with the facilities manager to resolve larger issues and participate in projects such as renovations.Flexibility is required, as occasional evening, weekend, or on-call work may be needed to respond to emergencies.
