Team Leader Supported Living (Temp-to-Perm) eam Leader Supported Living (Learning Disabilities & Autism) Locations Twickenham (Greater London, W9 postcode area) & Letchworth (Hertfordshire, SG6 postcode area) Contract Details Role Type: Temporary, transitioning to Permanent Start Date: 1st September 2025 Hours: 40 hours per week Shift Pattern: Day shifts, including weekends Salary: 26,000 - 27,000 per annum Overview Join a dynamic, family-run care company operating since 2019, dedicated to providing high-quality supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We are expanding our team and seeking proactive, skilled Team Leaders for our facilities in the Twickenham and Letchworth areas. This role is offered initially as a temporary contract, with the salary aligned to the permanent rate of 26,000 - 27,000 per annum during this period. The position is designed to transition into a permanent role upon successful completion of a probationary period. Key Roles & Responsibilities As a Team Leader, you will be pivotal in managing daily operations and ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered: Leadership & Management: Manage and lead a team of support staff, providing direction and mentorship. Service User Support: Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, aiding in the execution of tailored support plans. Driving: Transporting service users and managing logistics as required by the role. Compliance: Uphold all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and confidentiality. Behaviour Management: Implement strategies for positive behaviour support and contribute to support plans. Required Skills & Certifications Skills: Driving (Full UK driving license essential), strong Leadership, and Management capabilities. Certifications: NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (essential) Mandatory Training Certificate (e.g., Safeguarding, First Aid) Experience: Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs is highly valued.
