The home provides care for up to five young people with learning difficulties and emotional or behavioural needs.Key Benefits£40,000 base salary,9am - 5pm Monday to FridayOngoing training, 1:1 mentoring, and the opportunity to completeNVQ Level 5About the SettingThe home operates as a Therapeutic Community, guided by the principles of trauma-informed care and emotional warmth.
