This newly created, sitebased position plays a key role in ensuring proactive, efficient, and highstandard HSE administration across our operations.Key Responsibilities:Proactively maintain all health, safety, and environmental documentation. Coordinate site inductions and ensure all onboarding processes are completed. Collaborate closely with the Health & Safety Advisor and site delivery team. Monitor, scan, and manage manual and electronic filing systems for HSE documents. Distribute RAMS, Toolbox Talks, and other essential HSE documentation to supervisory teams. Produce weekly and monthly H&S statistical reports.What Were Looking ForProven experience delivering highstandards of site administration, with the ability to work autonomously when needed. Relevant administrator qualification (or equivalent). Meticulous attention to detail in all administrative duties. Strong spoken and written communication skills. Ability to competently and accurately take meeting minutes.
