What Youll DoAs a Construction Manager, youll play a pivotal role in governing and delivering a portfolio of nuclear construction projects. Youll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with strategic goals, delivered safely and executed to the highest technical standards.Your impact will include:Leading construction delivery across multiple nuclear projectsProviding governance, structure and oversight across the construction portfolioSupporting project managers and holding teams accountable for delivery performanceManaging SQEP resource capability, allocation and construction planningMonitoring risk, performance, dependencies and programme healthWorking with PMO teams to embed consistent methodologies and reportingEngaging with senior leadership to support strategic decisionmakingBuilding strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers and internal teamsDriving continuous improvement, innovation and best practice across construction deliveryWhat Youll BringWere looking for someone who brings both technical depth and leadership strength, including:Experience in construction or project management within the nuclear sectorStrong leadership capability with the ability to guide, influence and support multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skillsA collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge, improve and innovateStrong commercial awareness and understanding of construction governanceAbility to manage risk, performance and programme delivery in complex environments
