If you thrive in high-accountability environments and enjoy coordinating people, plans and logistics to deliver tangible results, this role offers challenge, impact and long-term career value.This is a site based role at Leiston, SuffolkKey ResponsibilitiesSupport contract partners to deliver civil works packages efficiently and safelyPlan and implement tactical and detailed logistics for allocated work sectionsMonitor site activities and contribute to daily construction reportingIdentify safety or quality risks and recommend proportionate mitigation measuresCoordinate with H&S, logistics, commercial and project controls teamsAttend and input into PLOD/PLOW and pre-start meetingsCarry out safety and assurance inspections aligned to project KPIsEscalate issues clearly to the Senior Construction Delivery ManagerMaintain strong client and stakeholder communicationEnsure compliance with authority conditions and obligationsQualifications & RequirementsProven experience in construction sequencing, recovery planning and resourcingStrong understanding of CDM Regulations and site obligationsBackground in civil or construction project deliveryAbility to produce clear, concise technical and progress reportsExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skillsTertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent)SMSTS or IOSH certificationCollaborative, results-focused mindset with high personal accountabilityComfortable working under pressure in complex environmentsWhats in it for youThe Nuclear Energy sector offers long-term stability, technical challenge and the chance to contribute to nationally significant, low-carbon infrastructure.
