About the role Be part of a once-in-a-generation project delivering clean energy to 6 million homes for the next 60 years. Sizewell C will feature a 3.2 Gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast, providing reliable, low-carbon electricity. The Civil Works Alliance involves Sizewell C and three international construction companies: Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics, and Laing O'Rourke. What you'll be doing The role reports to the Temporary Works Manager, Construction Engineering Lead, Delivery Director, and Project Managers, supporting the delivery of Sizewell C. The Civil Works Alliance Temporary Works team oversees programme and project temporary works. Who we're looking for Qualifications & Experience Experience relevant to the complexity of Temporary Works, especially offshore experience with knowledge of lifting key. Attended a TWC training course delivered by Balfour Beatty or an approved external provider, or hold recent relevant training and experience. Briefed by a competent individual on role responsibilities and Temporary Works procedures within the last 2 years. If applying for the first time, must have attended a TWC training course within the last 2 years or demonstrate recent relevant experience. Re-appointments require recent TWC experience or training within the last 2-5 years. Desirable: Formal qualifications such as HNC or Degree.
