Job DescriptionLocation: Sizewell C (Site-Based Role)Company: Blackwell Earthmoving LtdContract: Full-Time | PermanentBlackwell Earthmoving Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SHE Administrator to support our site delivery team. This is a key role in ensuring the highest standards of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) administration across our operations.As a SHE Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting our mission and values, contributing to a culture of safety and excellence.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and manage all SHE documentation, both manual and digitalCollaborate closely with the Health & Safety Advisor and site delivery teamCoordinate and document site inductionsDistribute RAMS, toolbox talks, and other key HSE materialsProvide administrative support to site supervisorsMonitor and arrange Safety Critical Medicals and mandatory training (e.g., CSCS, CPCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid)Log and process Safety Observation CardsCirculate and file inspection reports, incident logs, and meeting minutesProduce weekly and monthly SHE statistical reportsMaintain the SHE file on SharePointSupport ad hoc administrative tasks as requiredWhat Were Looking For:Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a construction or infrastructure environmentRelevant administrative qualificationExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesConfident in taking accurate meeting minutes and producing SHE documentationProficient in Microsoft Office and SharePointSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamEagerness to learn and develop new skills
