Its a challenging, rewarding and career-defining role for an experienced commercial professional.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide commercial leadership across the contract to maximise profitability and minimise risk.Line manage and mentor a team of commercial professionals, driving performance and professional development.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.Support budget development, forecasting, and cost control to meet financial and project objectives.Lead weekly and monthly cost-value reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.Manage cash flow effectively by capturing income and controlling work-in-progress.Identify, evaluate, and manage contract variations in line with contractual requirements.Procure and administer subcontracts, ensuring compliance with company and project procedures.About YouOur client is looking for a proactive and collaborative Senior Quantity Surveyor who can combine technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills.
