Working closely with both the sales and engineering teams, you'll take ownership of producing accurate, detailed cost estimates, developing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.You'll need to bring strong technical understanding, especially around BMS (with a preference for Tridium systems), along with a proactive, client-focused mindset.KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:Background in BMS estimation, engineering, or technical salesSolid understanding of smart building technologies and IoT solutionsComfortable preparing technical proposals and tendersStrong attention to detail and commercial awarenessExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in Tridium-based systems is highly desirableSelf-motivated with the ability to manage your own diaryWillingness to travel across the UK as neededTO BE CONSIDERED:Please either apply by clicking online or emailing .
