Reasonable hours. 9-6pm. These are for two interim opportunities, 6-12 months. Key components of the role include: Advising members of the business on structuring, drafting and negotiating on asset finance documentation, including leasing, hire purchase, sale and leaseback, and refinancing transactions. Updating existing financing templates used by the business. Formulate policy docs and working with external counsel on transaction structures.
