B2B Telesales Account Manager Location: Leigh Salary: 30,00035,000 OTE Hours: MondayFriday, 9:0016:30 (32.5 hours per week) Our client is seeking an experienced B2B Telesales Account Manager to join their established sales team in Leigh, Greater Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing business accounts while developing new commercial relationships within the telecommunications sector. This B2B Telesales Account Manager position offers a varied workload, a supportive environment, and a clear pathway for progression. What the Role Involves Driving new B2B telephony product and service sales by phone, including qualifying prospects, pitching solutions, and closing sales. Managing and nurturing existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Maintaining a structured pipeline using Act! CRM, supported by marketing-generated email campaigns, as well as self-sourcing new leads. Taking ownership of activity levels and working towards clear KPIs, including 40+ connected calls (60 seconds+) per day. Working closely with sales leadership to review performance and refine sales techniques. What Our Client Is Looking For Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within an outbound or telesales environment, supported by a track record of achieving targets. A professional and dynamic communication style, with resilience, self-motivation, and strong commercial drive. Excellent pipeline management skills and disciplined CRM usage, with the ability to manage personal workflow effectively. Earnings & Progression Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Commission Structure: New business: 30% for the first six months, then 25% thereafter Existing customers: 10% standard 15% once annual and new business targets are achieved, applicable for the remainder of the financial year Additional over-target commission available for those who exceed expectations No targets for the first 3 months, followed by a structured 12-month ramp-up plan Typical Year One OTE: 30,00035,000 Hours, Holidays & Flexibility Hours: 32.5 per week, MondayFriday, 9:0016:30 Holidays: 20 days plus 8 UK bank holidays Additional holiday awarded after 12 months for high performers Gifted Christmas closure days Hybrid working: 1 day per week working from home once performance targets are achieved About Us This role is being managed by McCarthy Recruitment, an award-winning behavioural leadership recruitment consultancy working across the UK.
