Responsibilities include managing the development cycle of garments from inception to production, ensuring high-quality garment construction, conducting fittings, and upholding quality control standards. The role involves close collaboration with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure all garments meet technical specifications and brand standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Garment Construction and TextilesProficiency in Quality Control processes and standardsAbility to oversee and conduct garment Fittings with attention to detailExcellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and external stakeholdersBackground in similar roles or industries is highly desirableRelevant degree or professional certification in Fashion, Textiles, or a related field preferredStrong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
