Manufacturing CoordinatorStability, growth and opportunity at Preci- SparkWe’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Coordinator to join our Coalville team.Responsibilities:Lead daily shop floor operations to meet production, quality & delivery goalsHands-on troubleshooting of production and technical issuesCollaborate with engineering, planning & quality teamsEnsure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and promote a culture of safety across the shop floorMaintain and uphold high-level quality assurance standards throughout production processesEnforce housekeeping standardsUse IT systems for job tracking and reportingReview and develop technical packsIdentify training needs and lead staff skill developmentManage discipline and performance of shopfloor staff, ensuring standards are maintained and issues addressed promptlyPromote continuous improvement and team accountabilityRequirements:Minimum 10 years manufacturing experienceAt least 5 years in fabrication, including grinding, dressing & press workStrong engineering background (preferably aerospace or precision engineering)Proven experience ensuring compliance with HSE standards in a manufacturing environmentExperience working within or supporting high-level quality assurance systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO9001)Experience in coordination, team lead, or supervisory roles including discipline and performance managementSkilled in reviewing technical documentationConfident with production IT systems & Microsoft OfficeStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsPreferred:Time-served apprenticeship or HNC/HND in Mechanical/Aerospace EngineeringExperience in regulated, high-spec manufacturingWhat We Offer:Competitive pay: £15.75 – £17.50/hourMonthly productivity bonus.Stable role with career progression opportunitiesTraining and development supportWork on advanced aerospace projects25 days holiday (+ Bank holidays)Rotating Shifts (37 hours): Mon to Weds 6.00am to 2.00pm – 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Thurs 6.00am to 1.00pm – 1.00pm to 8.00pm, Fri 6.00am to 12.00pm – 12.00pm to 06.00pmBenefits Hub Package, (Private GP access, a range of discounted products and services, including shopping vouchers, gift cards, and gym memberships, please visit for the full list of benefits.)For more information please visit is an equal opportunities employer.
