SME Account Handler

An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s leading independent insurance broking and risk management companies based in Bradford.They are looking for a Commercial SME Account Handler to join their recently established direct client team, and be responsible for the servicing and retention of an existing portfolio of clients.Main duties will include:Building strong relationships with clients to better understand their insurance needsHandle premiums up to c£20,000Working with a broad range of clients, including, Property Owners, Retailers, Manufacturers, Motor Traders, Fleets and ProfessionsDealing with renewals and pro-actively ensuring a high retention levelCommunicating with Underwriters on a daily basis and maintaining good relationshipsBroking risks for new business and renewalsRefer any claims through to the dedicated teamWorking closely with the Corporate Broking teamUsing the Acturis system and a selection of EDI platforms on a daily basisThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop further and be part of a long standing business that is in an exciting stage of growth.
