Continued growth and a strong deal pipeline present an exciting opportunity for ambitious professionals to join a dynamic and high-performing team.About the TeamAs part of the Corporate Finance division, you’ll work closely with UK mid-market clients, supporting transactions from early strategic review through to successful completion. This specialist team is embedded within the London Regions and focuses exclusively on the Business Services sector—offering deep industry expertise, unrivalled execution experience, and direct access to key decision-makers.You’ll be joining a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, with a strong focus on professional development, deal exposure, and sector specialisation.Key ResponsibilitiesOrigination & Business Development: Proactively originate M&A opportunities by leveraging your existing network and building new client relationships. Lead pitches and generate mandates across both buy-side and sell-side advisory.Execution Leadership: Drive end-to-end deal execution—overseeing financial analysis, client interaction, transaction structuring, and negotiation to ensure seamless and rigorous delivery.Strategic Growth: Play a leading role in expanding the firm’s M&A presence in the mid-market Business Services space.
