While the position offers full-time home working, applicants must be permanently based in the UK and have the right to work here. We're helping them to scale rapidly and now looking for a like-minded, driven Furniture Designer.If you love stylish, contemporary design and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture-this is your moment.What we're looking for:A confident and experienced Furniture Designer who's ready to own the creative process end-to-end.Working alongside a senior figure in the business, you'll play a key role in crafting standout, commercially viable furniture pieces that turn inspiration into iconic product ranges.This is not a role for the faint-hearted-you'll need to be self-sufficient, design-savvy, and hands-on from sketch to sign-off.What You'll Be DoingOwn the full design lifecycle: research, 3D development, sampling, material selection and final productionCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including buyers, to ensure ranges are both innovative and commercially viableStay obsessively on top of trends-UK and international-across materials, finishes, and formPresent concepts and ranges with clarity and convictionDrive innovation in materials, sustainability, and modern functionalityWork in close partnership with the global supplier network-understanding lead times, product launches, and market windows Ensure every piece reflects the brand's vision and modern, trend-led customer baseManage multiple design projects with awareness of seasonality, key deadlines, and commercial goalsWhat You'll Need:3-5+ years' experience in furniture and homeware designStrong knowledge of the UK and international furniture/homeware supplier networkProficiency in Sketching, CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino), Adobe Creative SuiteA robust understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and market fitBrilliant communication and time-management skillsA go-getter mindset-you take initiative, make things happen, and love owning your outputCommercial awareness and experience collaborating with buying or merchandising teamsComfortable working remotely, while proactively engaging across teams BBBH33886
