Were helping a fast-growing, private equity-backed business in Leicester build their brand-new FP&A team. This Finance Business Partner role gives you the chance to shape things from day one. Whats the job really about? Think less finance in a back office and more finance at the table, driving decisions. Youll work closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Growth, Marketing and Product. One day you might be deep in the numbers, uncovering whats really driving performance. The next, youll be in a strategy session, modelling scenarios to shape long-term plans.
