With over 50 years of industry success and a portfolio of household-name products, this is an exciting opportunity to manage akey regionwithin the business.The territory includesLincolnshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, London , and stretches out to theNorfolk coast . It covers some of the largest independent customers in the company's client base and is responsible for asubstantial portion of turnoverwithin the territory team. We're seeking a strong account manager who understands the value ofregular customer check-ins , relationship-building, and consistent follow-up. The successful candidate will have experience selling Consumer goods/FMCG and will be used to covering a territory as opposed to an office-based sales role.The ideal candidate will be based in or nearLeicestershire or Cambridgeshire , offering easy access to all key parts of the region.Territory Sales Manager ResponsibilitiesAs Terriotory Sales Manager, you'll report to the Senior National Account Manager and take ownership of a strategically important patch. You'll be responsible for nurturing existing relationships, growing the account base, and ensuring strong product visibility. This role offers the autonomy to manage your own diary.Key Responsibilities IncludeBuilding strong, long-term relationships with existing customers Managing key independent accounts and identifying new business opportunities Driving product distribution and visibility across the territory Meeting and exceeding sales targets Planning and managing your schedule to ensure effective territory coverage Attending trade shows and events to support brand presence Delivering accurate reporting and customer insights to internal teamsThe PersonWe are looking for an experienced and confident account manager with a strong field sales background and a passion for developing customer relationships.The Ideal Candidate Will HavePrevious experience as a Territory Sales Manager or in a field-based account management role A solid understanding of the independent retail channel and how to support it effectively A proactive, relationship-led approach to account development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and self-motivation The ability to work independently and take ownership of their territory Proficiency in Microsoft Office A full UK driving licenceTerritory Sales ManagerPackage & BenefitsCompany car Performance-related bonus 22 days holiday + BH Life Assurance PensionHours:Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pmBBBH33685LNKD1_UKTJ #J-18808-Ljbffr
