In this role, you will be leading electrical designs for multiple projects, overseeing the junior engineers on their technical work, carrying out load assessments and assisting the project director in assessing team performance, setting objectives and implementing solutions to enhance project efficiency. This role would suit an Electrical Project Lead with a background in Building Services looking for a hybrid role where you can progress into a Principal role within an innovative company known for its outstanding industry reputation and high-level projects.
